Terry Parminter, Managing Director
Terry provides high quality academic publications reflecting the quality of his PhD from the Management School of The University of Waikato. Building on his degrees, he is qualified to address topics related to the management of complex systems, models of cognitive social psychology, and agricultural science. Terry’s practical problem-solving ability is reflected in his work amongst leading farmers, community groups, livestock industries, councils and government departments. He maintains professional accreditation with the New Zealand Institute of Primary Industry Management, the Australasian and Pacific Extension Network, the New Zealand Institute of Agricultural and Horticultural Science, and the New Zealand Association of Resource Managers, and he has professional certificates in nutrient management and the design of dairy farm effluent systems.
Irene Parminter, Director
Irene has worked extensively in the development and implementation of natural resource policy for the New Zealand Government. Irene integrates this work with her wide knowledge and experience in horticultural and agricultural industries from grape growing, fruit production, and glasshouse growing, to bee keeping. Irene regularly publishes reports and papers building on her Master of Philosophy degree in Economics at the University of Waikato and Horticultural Science degree from Massey University.
